Enclosures and Cooling Systems Engineered for Reliability
The accumulation of heat in an enclosure is potentially damaging to electrical and electronic devices. Overheating can shorten the life expectancy of costly electrical components or lead to catastrophic failure. To protect components, in an enclosed cabinet or panel, cooling fans are often used to draw ambient air into the enclosure and exhaust the heated air into the environment. This allows the electronics to operate efficiently, and keeps them well within their design operating limits. These cooling fans are available in a choice of AC, DC or EC motorized impeller models to satisfy any voltage requirements associated with an application.

One of the best technologies to use when there is a temperature difference between the internal target temperature and the surrounding temperature. An air/air heat exchanger removes heat from inside of the enclosure to the cooler environment using the least amount of energy while still providing a closed loop ingress protection.
